A seasoned telecom professional having over two decades of technical and management experience, with nationally & internationally renowned Telcos like Ufone, Ericsson-Pakistan & Alcatel USA. Ministry of Science & Technology, in Pakistan has awarded him the "Excellence Award" for outstanding performance in telco. In his rich experience, he has set business goals, objectives, strategies, financial and operating budgets, that lead to remarkable results for the businesses. His technical knowledge in product and service innovation addresses evolving market scenarios, which are driven by direct/indirect competition, product lifecycles, convergence, etc. He holds extensive management experience, being a core team member, in establishing startups with an end-to-end scope of the entire value chain ranging from network planning to operations and optimization. He has a proven capability in managing multi-vendor & multi-technology networks in major cellular and telecom companies. He is an electrical engineer from UET, Lahore, and holds a master's degree in the same discipline from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, Blacksburg, VA, USA. Over the period of his service, he remained abreast with technological advancement through formal trainings at work. Besides, he has formal training in leadership skills, financial management and team coaching.

As a business executive, he has gathered more than 10 years of experience by establishing two startups. He is an expert in establishing developing & restructuring, managing medium to large-size businesses; program/project management, operations, and determining new investment strategies. He holds a bachelor's in Materials Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan (GIK) Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. He had been the founding director of Metecno Pakistan (Pvt.) in a JV with Metecno Group Spa Italy, and TAA of the USA, the pioneer in the LGSFlight-gauge steel framing, and later PEBbuilding manufacturing in Pakistan. Also, he was a Partner in Matech Pakistan, one of the leading companies providing telecom infrastructure from high-end HFC asp to telecom towers up to 75 meters; with services from initial site survey to the turnkey sites along with manufactured towers and components. He owned galvanizing manufacturing plant producing 500 MT towers per month. Presently, he is CEO of Premium Engineering Private Limited, Lahore, Pakistan.
